Vintage Faygo Soda Fountain Dispenser Top Only Detroit Michigan. Condition is "Used".  This is very unusual, in good condition.  I don't have the glass bottle to go with.  It is a pump dispenser top, heavy cast metal with a glass tube.  It measures about a foot.  The seal is good, this really may be a rare item for the collector out there.  I will be happy to answer any ? please see pics as part of the description.
