This auction is for a Series of 1917 One Dollar United States Note. This item is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance - faded ink); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss); many edge indents/nicks (multiple small tears exist); some small holes/small inner tear; small pieces missing due to heavy wear.
