    This might be the smallest paring knife I have ever had. It has a stainless steel blade set into a tapered hexagonal one piece plastic handle and held in place with two nickel silver rivets. Blade has some scratches on the mirror polished finish. It has been used and sharpened - most recently by me on a Ken Onion WorkSharp, so it has a decent edge on it. Etched "CHEF / STAINLESS STEEL / Made in U.S.A." along with "No. 126." Measures 7" overall, 2-1/4" from tip to handle.
