The "Mini" is our smallest fire piston and perfect for pocket carry. The mini is smaller in size
and has reduced compression capability
as compared to our full sized models. However, as demonstrated in the video below, it can still be used to ignite numerous natural tinders plus charred cotton clothThe TERA-Light Mini in silver finish is CNC machined in the USA from 6061 aluminum and features a unique pressure relief valve. 1/2 turn of the end cap opens the vent and permits seating of the piston for storage. Removing the end cap completely makes the cylinder open on both ends for easy cleaning.
This listing is for a Version II which features a ferocerium sparking rod hidden inside the piston shaft and provides a second fire lighting option.
