1956 Vintage Tea Length Wedding Dress w/Original Payment Receipts & Veil. Bodice & Sleeves are made of beautifully finished lace & folded netting to make a gorgeous sweetheart neckline. Accordion pleated skirt with soft netting & finished lace sashes vertically drapped throughout the skirt.
Veil mimics the sweetheart neckline with a scalloped edge that hangs chin length in the front and almost elbow length in the back.

Fabric: Dress has Lace (all lace has finished edges) & Soft Netting body, Tulle & Taffeta built in slip/petticoat for a more firm fluffy skirt body.
Condition: Great Ready to Wear Condition. Has NOT been Washed. The Lace was ironed for photoshoot. Tulle was originally ironed with an accordion pleat finish.
Flaws: *Light underarm stains.
*Waist seam is itchy due to the tulle edge. Bride should wear a slip under to help guard the edge.
*Veil cap yellowing from age. would probably be washed out.
*Sequin on hat coming off.
I cannot find any holes, rips, tears, or markings.
Function: Metal zipper in back that zips from top of neck and down past the waistline for step into dress. Eye & Hook at top of Zipper for extra secure closure. Eyes are made of matching thread and Eye at top and Waist seam are both broken.
