S Scale Grist Mill Kit

Description

One S-Scale Grist Mill Kit.  Real-world footprint of the building is roughly 8 by 5 inches (not including the waterwheel which adds another 2" width.  From the ground to the peak of the roof is roughly 6 inches.  The sluice portion of the kit is 4" high and 2 1/4" wide at the base - and can be made up to about 7" long.  THIS IS A KIT -
what you actually get is shown in the last picture
(along with the instructions and assembly pictures).  The pictures of the building illustrate what it looks like after assembly.
The one pictured is not painted, however, you can paint yours to suit your needs (recommend doing so before assembly).
Most of the main building parts are made from 1/16" plywood, and the rest is made from 1/32" aircraft-grade  plywood.  Since the kit is fairly obvious to assemble, minimal instructions are included.
Once again, this is a KIT made from aircraft quality plywood and it is not painted.  It will take you some time to put it together depending on your skill level - anywhere from a half-hour to a couple of hours.
I have feedback and emails from people saying they greatly appreciate and enjoy my kits, and one message saying that although the transaction went fine, he was not happy with the kit.  My guess is that he was expecting a kit that simply snaps together quickly.  This is not that type of kit.  It took me about 2 hours to assemble the one pictured (much of that is waiting for glue to dry) and you should know that these kits require a great deal of focus and care to assemble.  If you aren't willing to put this type of attention to detail into building the kit, please don't buy one.  However, if you are striving for a more realistic appearance than offered by the snap-together kits and precast plastic buildings, this just might be for you.
