ORANGE JULEP SERVING TRAY 1920's GIRL IN SWIMSUIT AMERICAN ART WORKS LIGHT WEAR. Circa 1920's Orange Julep Tin Serving Soda Tray. This serving tray features the swimsuit girl with a parasol. It was considered risqué for its time based on the positioning of the woman’s skirt on her swimsuit. It was a cause of concern for the company at the time. The Orange-Julep brand was a large national seller in the soda world at the time. American Art Works Coshocton, Ohio Manufactured Tray. This company manufactured all of the Coca Cola trays from the 20's to the 50's. This is a beautifully colored tray that has some very light edge wear. The tray has no dents or dings quite remarkable for being almost 100 years old. There is a scratch from her right shoulder up onto the wall of the tray and another along the bottom. Very light wear and minor scratches to the field. The paint on this tray is beautiful. Size 10-1/2" x 13-1/4". The back is in fantastic condition. Please ask any question that you may have.
