Quality knife made in U.S.A. by Dexter - Russell, the company formed by the merger of two of the oldest cutlery makers in America long ago. This utility knife was made for industrial use/commercial restaurants, but works well for anyone wanting this design in the kitchen. Blade is fully serrated stainless steel set into a textured Neoprene handle. It has been used, is sharp and ready to go. Etching is faded from many cleanings, handles has some staining, typical of knives like this.
