The plastic covered mat measures 11” x 14” with the framed portion measuring 5 1/4” x 8 3/4”.
It was page #135 of the magazine and although not inspected without its plastic covering, appears to be in excellent antique condition with no defects that I note and the lines and shadows you see are a function of the lighting and are not in the paper.
