Size: Brochure folded up measures 9 1/2” x 4”. Opened up, measures 31 1/2” x 19”.
Condition report: Great condition for age..:there are creases from being in its original folded brochure form. There are no holes or tears. There is some yellowing/darkening to the paper in areas- mostly along the edges, from age. SEE ALL PHOTOS!
