    1952 India small weather telegram XW-Class severe storm warning sent from Balasore to Chittagong(then Pakistan)
    from very remote coastal or island weather watch-post near Balasore on Bay of Bengal, usually sent to the nearest Telegraph Office by Pigeon Mail contingent of Belgian Homer Pigeons still maintained by Odisha State Government. Though very fast and reliable, it sometimes used to suffer from falcon attack.
    Email has replaced telegram. But Pigeon Mail of Odisha is still maintained by Government.
